Returns + Shipping

What is your return policy?

Due to the small batch and natural qualities of our products, we don’t accept returns or exchanges.

If you’re unhappy with your purchase please contact us at hello@kuvabotanicals.com and we’ll do our best to help you get the most out of it!  Any damages or discrepancies must be addressed within 7 days of receiving it. We stand behind our products and will do everything we can to ensure you have a positive experience.

What is your shipping method?

We use Shiprocket to deliver our parcels. Shipping times start once your order ships. Our in-house processing time is 1-3 business days depending on the time of year. Delivery times are usually 5-7 working days.

 

What shipping materials do you use?

We do our best to avoid plastic as much as possible in our packaging. We use paper, cardboard and tape.

 

Ingredients + Safety

Are your products or ingredients tested on animals?

NO! Our products are never tested on animals.

 

Are your products vegan?

Some of our products are vegan, like our handmade soaps. Our Vegan products have an icon under the product title to help you see which items are vegan.

 

Are your products palm free?
